The Partners are not permitted to provide any trading advice and operate any accounts of clients. Should any Partners provide any such advice to any clients then it has been at the own accord and the Companies will not be financial nor legally responsible for such actions.
The Partners are obligated to follow all the compliance requirements and abide by all the risk warnings and terms and conditions that Evest brand has in place.
